Wednesday, 9am – 8pm to decorate/rehearse Saturday, 10am – 10:30pm

What is included in the price?

• Chair and table setup. We offer 200 white wooden chairs, 25 round tables and 3 rectangular tables. (Any additional tables or chairs the client must rent.)
• Use of Rusty Star Barn Friday from 9am to 8pm to decorate and 10am to 10:30pm Saturday (music stops 30 min prior to event close)
• Accommodates up to 200 guests inside.
• The wedding ceremony can be held on site.
• Use of whiskey barrels for decoration.
• 12-foot x 100-foot patio for cocktails and outdoor dining.
• Inside bar.
• Refrigeration for drinks and desserts.
• Bridal Suite includes dressing area, living room, restroom, and loft. Access included in the price.
• Wheelchair accessible bathrooms and reception areas. Our venue is all on one flat surface from the handicapped parking areas to the bathroom, venue, and patio area.
• A member of our staff will be available to assist you throughout your day!
• Parking onsite for up to 100 cars and bus parking.
• Chair, table, and garbage clean up.

Required Costs

• One-million-dollar general liability insurance plus one-million liquor liability insurance purchased through the client’s preference of choice.
• $500 returnable damage deposit.
• $500 for two RAMP certified Bartenders provided by us through our fully insured vendor.
